You want to make sure that you wear comfortable clothes that fit. What I'm wearing right now works very well, or you can wear a t-shirt and shorts. Anything that's comfortable that will help you to move very well. It's very important when you do high and low impact aerobics that you have a good pair of shoes that give you support that are athletic shoes. Generally, I would recommend that you buy cross trainers. Those are the type of tennis shoes that will help you perform well with all kinds of physical activities just like high and low impact aerobics. You want to make sure that you have good cushioning arch support. You want to have good lateral support like this, and forward back support."
