Advanced Rugby Set Ball Drill

"My name is Alex. This is Andy. We’re from Missoula All-Maggots in Missoula, Montana. www.maggots.org In this drill, I’m going to show how to properly pick the ball up; right hand and left hand to not knock it off, run a couple of steps, place the ball with two hands under control as you are when you are scoring a try. Next person runs through does the same thing, runs past the first person; leaping run down the length of the field. It gets you fitness in placing the ball under control and also picking the ball up from the run."
