"My name is Alex. This is Andy. We’re from Missoula All-Maggots in Missoula, Montana, and the web site is www.maggots.org. Now, we’re going to learn to do a simple ball passing; the right and left hand. One of the players is going to pass to the other, dominant hand. Really simple to learn how to do this. We’ll use one hand first. Stand about 5 or 6 feet apart. Roll it off one hand, back with one hand. Switch hands; trying to get the same simple goal. It’s really easy stuff. One hand, when you’re passing, is supposed to be a guide. The other hand does all the work. It should really be only one hand pass, you can practice it. In the game, all passes are with two hands. Next step, from that, to manage the ball, for one use the guide, use one hand for the spiral. Switch hands, as simple as that. Now we’re going to look closely at the one hand spin pass. Just for practicing purposes, learn how to spin pass with both hands. One hand here, holding like this, kind of the back half of the ball. Rolling it, it comes back. Then switch hands, same just as in the other hand, and you roll it and that is it. Simple as that. "
