    1. Focus on core. The core does not move. Do not look at the legs because you will be easily fooled. 2. When your about to wrap your arms, make sure you put them IN FRONT of you. Do not do a teddy bear hug, where you open your arms. Keep them tight and in front of you, like when your about to make a punch with body arms. This allows a stronger position for the arms. 3. Stay low and aim for the mid section. Grab the person leg that is closest between you and them, and drive forward or push them back. 4. Back straight and heads up when about to make tackle. Look at the person, and do not look at the ground (very dangerous). 5. Take quick steps to minimize the space between you an the person. 6. When you wrap around them, make sure to squeeze them closer to your body. If you grab the legs make sure you squeeze their legs together, sort of like a lasso.
