" Hey guys Adam Silverstein here again on behalf of Expertvillage.com. Now that I have just showed you how to jump up on your curb we have to remember that you have to got to get back down. So to get jumping off of a curb is very similar to jumping on to it. We do not need to jump quite as high though because there is no elevation we trying to get ourself on to. Instead we are going to ride down a little bit with just a little hop. So just like before in every jumping technique you keep your knees bent and you jump with both feet at the same time bringing them up with you. Now watch as I do it over here. I am not going to jump nearly as high as I did before just enough to make sure my feet don’t get caught on the edge of the curb. Now watch me demonstrate. I am going to push off just like before keeping my knees bent and feet together. I am going to jump just enough to clear the curb and ride away from the surface. "
