" Hey, this is Adam Silverstein on behalf of Expertvillage.com and right now I am going to teach you guys how to stand up on your rollerblades. The first thing you want to do is get a position where your feet are behind you. So you are going to swing if the all the way back behind you so you get on your knees with the skates right under you. Now next you are going to put hands down on the ground to give some of the push up or weight against and really get ourselves on to our feet. So with the hands down you are going to push down and bring our feet up under us just like this. Now from here sitting above we are going to slowly bring ourselves up, stay balanced and on your feet awesome job. "
