"ALEXSON ROY: So before we've worked on tennis elbow. Now, we're going to work on golfer's elbow, which is more of that forward swing, okay? So you're going to really affect the inside of your arm, and this is the epicondyle on the inside. So the same thing but you kinda like press more inward. Instead of the pull, you want to press like inward-out, inward-out, inward-out. And always start at, I guess, the joint, epicondyle joint, and just press out and go all the way down as far as you can to the wrist. You don't really have to go that far up the arm. Okay? So you want to focus on the humerus in between tibia and fibula right here, and just go up and down, and just give a little slight pull as well. It's a nice stretch. So next, we're going to work on football-related injuries."
