"Once we have finished we will work again on the client's back and what we are going to do is bring the arms back up. The same thing again, keeps the same hold on it and it is just as good coming up as it is going down. The same thing, grab the hands and push out towards the ac joint and then relax. Now when you do massages in the gym, most likely the person has to leave the gym. It is most likely a corporate setting. Maybe they have to go back to work or maybe they have to go home or anything like that. In order to revive your client what you do is tapotement and tapotement is rapid kind of like rapid movement. It is very light, you use your wrists and it is a free motion with your hands. You can either do choppy, you can do cuppy, or you can do like you are beating some drums. We are going to do all of the above. We are going to start off with the lower back. This is sort of like cupping, very light with my wrists. That is all I am moving is my wrists. Up one side and then down the other. Now whenever you want to change up, change up and once again it is all in the wrists. Now cupping and now always start at the base going up. Now one more time. There you go. Thank you and thank you."
