Video Transcript

"Hi this is Aaron Fruitstone and Liz Muller from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. You can reach us on the web at www.chimartialarts.com. The final technique that we will be showing you today is from side control and it’s what is called a cross choke, but it is a top cross choke. So I am at a four point side control with Liz. What I am going to do is I am going to pass this arm underneath her head and control her gi from the back with my thumb in. I am going to start to slide my body up, so that I can bring my hand also thumb in to this side of her head. I am moving my body towards her head, keeping my side control position and I am going to make a sandwich with my arms, applying a choke. So, I just start to sit up a little bit and as I bring my bottom arm and my top arm down we make a sandwich and apply pressure doing that. Again, we have a solid side control, you come under, grab the gi, over, thumb down, sliding up, sandwich and tap. Again, this is Aaron Fruitstone and Liz Muller from Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida and on behalf of expertvillage.com we thank you very much for watching. "
