The next beginning Brazilian jiujitsu technique that you will be learning is a Kimura from the closed guard. Kimura is an internal rotation arm lock that you are going to use and you will be able to get this from a whole lot of different positions but I like to get it from the closed guard because it is very safe. Now the person puts their hand on the ground, you have an opportunity to get the Kimura no matter which side it is on. If that hand is on the ground you are going to take this closest hand, trap the arm first thing you are going to do, then you are going to open your guard put your feet on the ground scoot your hips back to give you a little bit of space, prop yourself up on your elbow reach inside of the elbow grabbing your own wrist. From here you are going to hug that on to your body and all that you are going to do is lay down. As you lay down your legs goes on the top of the person’s hips to prevent them from rolling. I have a nice bend of the elbow. I push it up towards her ear and she taps from her discomfort. We will do it one more time at normal speed. Your hands are on the ground…"
