The next basic Brazilian jiujitsu technique that you will be learning is Osoto Gari or standing leg reap. We are going to be in a position where I have a hand on her collar and hand on her elbow. She is going to take the same position with the hand on my collar and hand on my elbow. This is a position a lot of jiujitsu people will get in when they are standing up try to take the other person down, it is a control position. What Liz is going to do to take me down she is going to step with her outside foot to bring herself side to side to me then with her rearfoot she is going to bring it around and hook it behind my leg, as she lifts with her leg, she is going to push with her arms, taking me to the ground. She has control of this arm if she wants it for a different submission. Again we will do it in a normal speed and now normal speed from a different angleā¦"

on 8/2/2008 It is a good start but I would like to see is alot more videos from the start of a confrontation, ie; standing defensive techniques to first put your attacker down,and/or, knock the attacker out cold.
