"I'm going to build a simple combination for you based on some of the movements we learned already. This is a corner to corner with a repeater. A corner to corner is 8 counts and a repeater is 8 counts, so it'll start on right lead. After we do our repeater, it changes us to a left lead. We start with corner to corner. I have knee lifts, and a repeater. That was our basic repeater. Now we have corner to corner. I can change the lever and do a kick step. We have a repeater. I can change the repeater. Remember, a little cha cha repeater. Corner to corner can be our hamstring curl with the knee lifts on top. You can stay with a basic combination and just start creating different things from it based on the variations of all the movements we learned. Another way to vary this would be one corner on the step and then the opposite corner on the floor, so we've added a little bit more traveling. Kick and a heel with a variation of a repeater. Kick, heel on the floor, with another variation of a repeater, hamstring curl, hip extension, another variation of a repeater. That's where all the creativity comes in and the fun and excitement of step class begins."
