Another variation of a repeater is going to come from a side approach. The repeaters we did were corner approaches. This is the side. We're going to take those knees and move up and over the top of the bench with a repeater. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, this leg crosses behind, 7, and 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, cross behind. It's a repeater. I'm going to show the propulsion with it because then it's easier to get up and over the bench. Anytime you add propulsion, it makes it easier for you to get over because it adds momentum to the movement. We have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, there's your propulsion, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, lift to get yourself over. Using your arm motions as much as possible will help you elevate your body up as well. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Another variation of that is a little rhythm. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I have a little shuffle on top. Those of you who love dance will love this. Step, heel, heel, heel, heel, lift. I'm going to show it from the other side, so I just change my side approach. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. That's our repeaters over the top.
