The last of the repeaters I'm going to demonstrate today. Again, when you go to a step class, you'll see many, many variations. Know when your instructor says repeater, you can choose your favorite variation of repeater. They usually show a simple repeater and then they may show a variation. If it's not what you want to do, you can change it. The last one today is going to be 3 knees on top, so we have that top approach. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Remember, we have complex movements, so we're going to 8 counts. I want to add a little intensity to that movement. I'm going to lift myself up off the bench, which is called propulsion. Anytime you lift and elevate yourself, it's called a propulsion. My step becomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or I can add that as a kick. I'm changing the lever from short lever, knee lift, increasing intensity with a longer lever kick. I'll show longer lever here. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, short lever. I call it knees on top or hop on top repeater. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
