"This exercise combination will take the circle lunge so I step up to the glides, heels on the floor, I'm going to use my weights and I am going to start the circle lunge by moving into a reverse lunge and then bringing the leg around in a circular position almost like I'm making a D on the floor. So I call the upper body kind of stir the pot because the arms are going to go opposite of the way your leg is going so here is from the side view, reverse lunge, I'm using my right leg and pushing out to the left and around. What this is doing is really involving those core muscles as I counterbalance that movement and have to pull my leg around in that circle. I have really got to tighten up through the core to do that. My circle lunge in a reverse pattern and my arms are moving in an opposite. To intensify the movement I can move from side to side. It takes a lot of strength, and a lot of balance and a lot of core exercise to move properly through this exercise. Circle lunge and a little stirring the pot."
