"Again, another compound exercise: we're going to do the side glide again. We're going to add the side lunge. Side glide: key point to remember on that side lunge is slightly back on the diagonal. With this exercise and with any of the combination exercises, we can start to add tempo. So I might stay here and do several side lunges. So glide, and lunge: one, two, three, four. On that side lunge I'm keeping that squat position as I'm doing that side lunge, and letting the arms pump. Again, I'm combining the upper and lower body exercise to increase the heart rate. And go back to just the side glide with the side lunge, or stay low. And pump four or eight repetitions. Heart rate is increasing to target zone. Side glide, lunge, and last one."
