"Ok. So, now we've learned all basic tips from the setup all the up to the jump. And, what we do with the legs. Now, the basic theory or fundamental of doing the Aerial is to treat your waist as. Imagine, as if it was a puppet on a string and it was being pulled up. So, as you're going up the hips and waist rise up. And, then you rotate yourself on your center line as an axis. So, let me just demonstrate one. We've done the setup, up into the jump. We know what to do with our arms. So, as we continue you want to go upwards. So, you're still jumping up and you want to look up. Keep your chest up and then jump up into it and rotate. Because, as your legs kick up it will automatically rotate you over. And, all you have to do is make sure you get the proper height. Keep the arms tight. Keep the leg out. And, come in. Keep your legs straight, so that they land. If you're not preparing for the landing, then you're legs may collapse or fall. So, again from here I'm going to do another one. And, we rotate from our center. The center of our body, we treat that as an axis. Like a ball, so it basically gets up to a certain height and then just rotates as if it was on one line and it was just rotating. So, you need to treat it as if someone was pulling that center of your body. And, let this momentum of your kicking leg swing your body down. A lot of people who are having trouble with the landing, need to consciously bring down the leg. So, I'm going to use my hands. But, focus on the legs. As I go up, I sort of kicked my right leg down to make sure I could land. So, I bring it in and I land after I'm in the air. I forcefully, I consciously think about it and I bring that leg down Otherwise, you might float up in the air and come straight down. So, make sure you kick. Bring that momentum through all the way. And, consciously try to bring the leg down until you plant with your feet. And, that's how you do an Aerial."
