"Now, we've learned how to do the setup for the Aerials. So, we're going to see what we do with these arms. These arms can have a very important play into the effectiveness and the height of how your Aerial looks and how high it goes. So, as I stated that we plant into it. And, you notice that my arms are a circle. They reason they circle is, because I'm going to use my arms momentum to help bring me up and over for the Aerial. Because, without these arms if you just leave them by your side or don't know what to do with them they're going to serve as dead weight. And, also restricts your movement as you try to flip over for doing the Aerial. Now, let's take a look. We go into it. We bring our arms. We basically, circle the arms up. Now, bring it up like this. And, I keep it close to my body again so just that there's less friction or less forces holding you down as you do the Aerial. So, when we do this. Not only do we just do a circular motion, but we also actively try to throw the arms up. And, as it reaches this point we keep it tight so that it doesn't go too far out as we're doing the Aerial. And, we also want to keep the arms tucked in. Because we're going to be going upside down. And, we don't need to use the hands or we don't want to use the hands. Because that is the main difference of the Aerial and the Cartwheel. So, let's just take a quick look like this. And, that would be as we lead into the Aerial."
