Video Transcript

"While we are today, we're going to learn how to do an aerial. I guess a lot of people may say an aerial is basically a cartwheel without hands, which in part it is, it looks very similar. However, I am going to show you how it's a little bit different a cartwheel versus an aerial. So basically an aerial, you'll run, you go flip into the air with your legs apart like so, until you land without your hands touching the ground. So I am going to demonstrate an aerial for you, just so you will get an idea of what we are going to be learning today. The run, and then, landing without your hands touching. So basically, that's how we are going to do the aerial. Now today, I am also going to also show you the steps, from running up, getting into it, flipping over and then landing. So, after that we also get some backward information on the aerial on how to do the clip. From there we are going to be introducing you to the aerial and all its other applications."
