"Okay, so a lot of people as me, what are the necessary physical requirements to be able to do a move such as this. Such as a Tornado. Well again, the muscle to weight ratio is something that is very important. As long as you?re able to jump up and lift your own body to proper height and have the right flexibility then you should be able to perform this movement. Now, some key things here are. In order to execute this kick effectively and well, you need to be able to kick to a certain level as mentioned before. To a height like this. Well, something we can do if right now your flexibility is not at that level there's a couple of stretches that we can do. One that I like to do is try to reach your hands to your foot like so and go down and stretch. This will stretch this area right here and will also stretch your entire leg. As you pull back your heel, pull back your toe, and reach your head down as low as you can. You'll get a good stretch here. Also, if you sit down. Just tuck one leg in, your left leg in, reach out towards your foot and stretch. You can feel the stretch underneath your thigh. Right there and you can definitely switch it up and stretch the other side. Like this. Something that is also really helpful, although, we've been stretching this same area to get the height that we need if you have a higher platform or some sort of a bar or stool that you can rest your foot on and stretch. That is also helpful because it allows your body, it allows your standing leg to stay straight while you stick out your other foot and leg and stretch downwards. Now, with these techniques, you should be able to be in the proper physical health and have the right flexibility to do a 540 Tornado Kick."
