"Okay, now before we attempt to do a 540 Tornado Kick we want to make sure we have enough space. It's always good to have about, a good 7, 8, 9, steps as we're going to be preparing to do the kick. Running into it, you might want to build up momentum and have good comfortable amount of space to run and jump and do your kick. Also, you want to make sure that you're wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing that is a little bit stretchable or at least resistant to tear as you move your legs because you are going to be kicking a little bit higher. Such as this. You want to make sure that it's not restrictive for your legs to kick to a certain height. As this will prevent you from doing the kick or executing it properly. Also, you want your clothes to be loose fitting but not to baggy because it may get in the way as you are spinning and to do your kick. So, you want to wear clothes that are stretchable and flexible and also loose fitting. Also, keep in mind that you don't want, if you're pants or long pants, you don't want them to be too long because since there is some intricate foot work in order to do a proper 540 Tornado Kick. You don't want to end up slipping on the clothes that you're wearing. Because sometimes it can go over to where you heel is. So now that you have proper fitting equipment and gear, you just need yourself, a good pair of shoes, and you're ready to go."
