"Okay, now before attempting to do a Tornado Kick. We need to make sure that you're in proper physical condition to do such. You need to make sure that you are warmed up that you've been move and keeping your body at a good temperature so that your legs are loose so that you can kick to about shoulder height. You need to be able to kick a lot higher than just you waist height because as this is going to be a round house kick. Coming up to about here. So, since we need to kick to up to here which is about shoulder or face height. You need to stay loose and warmed up. Some good proper warm up techniques can include, just a couple squats stretching out your knees. Again, circling your knees because we are going to be using them to jump off of and also warming up our hamstrings and warming up our calves. Doing basic stretches at home can really help you prevent injuries. So, these are some of the things we need to take note of as we prepare to do the Tornado Kick. Now, as we'll see next we're going to show you a few other steps necessary to perform the Tornado Kick."
