"Now the Tornado Kick is a bigger movement so it's obviously more powerful. However, it takes more time. So it's really important for the speed, which you build up the kick. So when you set this up all of those steps need to be really fast to apply this as a martial arts technique. Now some people may see this as similar to a round house or an inside kick. Now a round house would be like so and an inside kick would be simply like this. Now when you do the build up for the round house or the 540 kick, I mean. You would have to spin which creates a build up and then your momentum drives your foot with more force and more power. Typically when you get the right height you?re able to hit someone in the head, the neck, or the shoulder area, likes so. So that's some of the applications you can see that we can use with the Tornado. Now you'd only use this if your opponent is not noticing that you are going to apply these techniques or you do it with speed so that they don't move out of the way or block. That's some of the applications that we see with the Tornado Kick."
