"I'm going to teach you the first 16 counts of the next combination, it begins with the L step. We're going to do a little ball change so we can lead with the ride foot it's asking for 4 hops in a circle to face the direction you just came from. So you have to lift 1 2 3 4 keep your left foot up you lunge 3 times and exit the bench. So L ball change 4 hops in the circle 1 2 3 4 but your arms stay out like an airplane cause that'll help your balance. Lunge right, left, right lift your knee and exit down. So on tempo we have L step ball change, 4 hops, 3 lunges and an exit. So I can remember L first I do 4 then I break it down to 3 movements, it takes me 16 counts 1 2 3 and 4 5 6 7 8 9 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ball change, hops 3 lunges and you exit down."
