"This combination we're going to begin with a half revolve, walk around your step. Knee to the corner, heel to the back, hamstrings curl side to side kind of centers you and then choose your L step. We're going to do a little mambo and a cha cha so half of a revolves brings me over the step, a walk bring the knee up and the heel back to give some variation. Your basic hamstring curls or they can be a variation of a kick and then whatever else step you choose. Lift and walk, knee and a heel, hamstring curl variation of an L step, revolve, walk around, knee up, heel back, hamstring curl or kick and an L step walk change."
