"The very common movement in low impact classes is a grapevine. Its 1 2 3 4 so side to side is 8 counts. We're going to combine that with a pivot and then we're going to move it over with a step. So I do a grapevine and step and pivot, a grapevine, step and pivot. It's an odd count so I'm going to have to add something to it; I'm going to take that over the bench. So grapevine step down and pivot, grapevine step down a grapevine just means you are moving the foot behind you kind of from grape dancing. So I call it the final product I like to give things a name so I don't have to say a lot of cue's to my students and they don't know. When I say karaoke this is what we're going to do so if you know karaoke steps go like this. So grapevine over a pivot becomes this full movement becomes a karaoke step. One 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 once again this is a little tricky cause you just have to keep in motion. There is no hesitation up and around up and around and a double knee to move the movement."
