"This is called a rock three on top, or you might hear it called a matador. It starts with your right lead. You're going to do 3 rocks on top. 1, 2, 3, exit the bench, then change your lead foot to the left, rock, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. It's that odd thing again. We're going to add something to it to make sure that it's an 8 or 16 count move. Leading with the right, rock on top, and just do a little Mambo on the floor. Rock on top, do a little Mambo on the floor. I can rock on top, stay here, and add some lunges from the top to make it that 16 count. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and exit. Rock, lunge, lunge. Again, it's an odd count, but we're going to add something to it in a later clip, and you'll see how it all fits in just perfect."
