"For most of our steps, we've been actually stepping up onto the bench. This is called a stomp. It's kind of like a hesitation. It adds a little bit or rhythm to the movements. It's not a full step. It kind of comes from the Mambo, but instead or rocking back, you're just going to stomp, stomp, stomp. Stomp can be done on the floor. It can also be done coming off the side of the bench. Kind of in that L step format that we've shown before, but it's not a complete step and lift. The body weight stays down low. If I did a stomp off the end, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. It only gives me 10 counts. I'm going to have to add something else in. That's our little stomp. I can do a double stomp and march down for 4. Double stomp and march, double stomp. It's usually just used in rhythm variations."
