"We're going to now incorporate the Mambo Cha cha. Mambo Cha cha comes form our Latin dances and it looks like; 1, 2, 1, 2, 3. It has a rhythm change in it, quick little step to change your lead foot. Transferring that to the step, I might start with a basic step. Then I'll say change that to a Mambo Cha cha. Actually, we'll do Mambo Cha cha on the floor where we cross, cha cha, cross, cha cha. You can transfer it to the bench. 1, 2, 3. You can do it straight on. Mambo Cha cha, or you add more rhythm by doing one Mambo and 3 Cha chas. It'll be Mambo, cha cha , cha cha, cha cha, which changes your lead foot. Once you have it place, you can start to travel around the bench. You have Mambo, cha cha, cha cha, and Mambo. 1, 2, 3. It creates space, creates tensity, creates flare, and dance. Then I can just come back to single. Mambo Cha cha."
