"This is hop turn. It's going to help us get from the front side of the bench to the back side of the bench, or perhaps to the end of the bench. It involves lifting, propulsion, or a power move, and it involves rotating. If I was to just rotate and not lift my foot, not so great for the knee. Safety factor is to lift up and add power. It's going to start with a side approach and end on the other side with the same side approach. I do hop, turn, and hop turn. Now, that has a tap down. To avoid a tap down, I can do a little ball change. I do hop, turn, ball change, which is more natural movement, so I'm shifting from side to side. Let me show you with the left foot led. Hop, turn, ball change, hop, turn, ball change. Again, this is lifting us up and over from the front side of the bench to the back side of the bench, or perhaps to the end of the bench. Hop, turn to the end of the bench. Moving across the bench. Hop, turn, and march. There's your hop, turn. "
