"We're going to have some fun putting some of those moves together. This combination involves 2 V steps on the right foot lead, 1 L step, then a full revolve, and then just corner to corner we're going to do hamstrings. Leading with the right. This is a full 32-count combination. 2 V steps, an L step, full revolve leading with the left foot, which is a basic over the top, and then I have corner to corner. We're using hamstrings. That's the end of the 32 counts, which now leads me to my left foot lead, so I begin the combination with my left foot. 2 V steps, 1 L step, a full revolve, which is a basic right over the top, and hamstring curls moving corner to corner. Now, you have choices on the V step, the L step to make it a little bit more exciting. I'm going to show you a variation that I do. V step facing forward and a V step facing the back of the room, which is off the bench, a little L with a squat, a revolve, and then my hamstring curls. Since we did a lot of movement off to the side and around the bench, I like to come back with kind of a stable movement in the center, just a corner to corner, rather than adding anything fancy after that. Again, it was 2 V steps, an L step, move you off the side, revolve, move you all the way around the bench. Then to center yourself, before you move the combination to the other side, you had the hamstrings corner to corner."
