Obviously remotes with less features cost less where more features demand the more money. Three device universal remotes can be purchased from Walmart or Target for under ten dollars. Logitech's Harmony computer programmable remotes are available at many of the stores including BestBuy and Circuit City from one hundred dollars up to five hundred dollars, depending on the model and features it has. Base your budget for your universal remote on your needs. If you wish to control all the units in your system then save for a higher-end remote. If you simply need to replace a remote for your office or garage, save the money and purchase a basic needs three to five device remote for ten to thirty dollars."
