"Hello this is Rick Kennedy and I'm going to show you how to program your universal remote for Expert Village. Alright, we're doing some battery care, and to make sure our remote is working properly for all the functions that we have here, for the VCR, the DVR, and all the functions that we have on the remote we make sure that we have good batteries and make sure they're inserted properly. You do not want to have weak batteries, when you have weak batteries a lot of functions will not work and you will not be able to perform the duties of setting up different items on your remote. So you make sure that you put in fresh batteries so your volumes can work, your channels can work, and either or, making sure each item on the remote works as well."
