"Now I'm going to show you how to take pictures with your XH A1. It's actually pretty cool you can take just regular digital pictures using all of the same high quality imagery that the XH A1 offers. To do this, first off, you'll need a memory card in. In the battery slot, this is where the memory card goes, up here. And, this is the card that came with your XH A1, but it's pretty standard in digital cameras. So, I'll go ahead and put that back in, close that. Then over here, right above our constant variable zoom, is the option to switch from tape back to video card. You switch it to the card mode, now you're ready to take pictures. And, this button right here, is basically like you're capture button and it says photo right next to it. Let's take a picture so you can see the setup is changed a little bit on our screen and that represents our memory card and how many pictures we can take. So, if you press and hold, you want to press the photo button half way, and you see you'll get a focus, and then you press it all the way down, and you took a picture, and you've got some information on there. Let me show you how to playback your pictures real fast. To play them back we want to switch into VCR mode, just like we did when we played back video. But, since we're in the memory card mode instead of the tape mode, we're going to see our pictures instead. I just use the back and forth button to go back through the pictures, there's three on there right now. If you hit the play button it will play them like a slide show. That's real basic how you take pictures on the XH A1. You can get pretty advanced, but I'm just trying to show you the basics. That's how you can take pictures."
