"The curb walk or you might hear it called walking the curb. It's going to become a mambo up on the bench and down on the floor. So it's a side approach kind from the edge of the bench 1 2 3 and front and step behind. Rock on top mambo forward rock on top mambo back, 1 2 3. You can add 1 2 pivot and 1 2 rock so it's not a full step on the bench 1 2 rock forward 1 2 rock back but you can shuffle and rock and shuffle rock back. It gets a little tricker because that shuffle back is kind of what we call blind step. I'm not really sure where I am so in my classes for safety and effectiveness I like to just do a cub walk here. Really pushing and starting to move the body forward to increase the intensity in our body movement, so that's the curb walk."
