"You can combine 2 movements together the over the top with the straddle down. Side approach shoulder faces the bench step up as if you were going over the top but were going to sandwich in a straddle down. Step up again and continue over the bench, so up straddle continue over the bench. Notice on this though we have that tap down that we're trying to eliminate so if I take that over the top with that weave step. So I go up straddle down and lift my trail leg to step behind, up straddle over the top becomes the weave so if I want to add the intensity up straddle over the top. Up straddle down so as you can see it's a combination of 2 different steps, up straddle remember intensity, lift up down up and over lift down up and over. So that's an up straddle down and continue over the top."
