"This step starts from the top it's called a straddle down. We previewed it in an earlier segment but you're going to see it in more of a complexed segments as well. So I want to review it again and start on the top you straddle down and come up. You might have a move that takes you into a reverse turn and then you straddle down come up and some how exit the bench. Or you might see it from a approach where you straddle down so it kind of gives you the hesitation on top and down into a stride position. So it starts on top your counts will be from the top down to the bottom 1 2 3 4 straddle down. You can do a straddle down in a knee lift or easily change from one lead step to the other. You also see a straddle down in one of our combinations that we call "around the world" we'll add a straddle down, it's very common in many combinations so it is important that you learn. It starts from the top you go a stride and then come back up on top of the bench."
