"So the first operating mode that I am going to talk about is just the easy recording. And as you can see it's represented by just this little box right here, and what happens is, is the camera will just basically control everything, you won't have control over any of the variables so it's going to control the focus, the shutter speed, the aperture, gain, white balance and the A-shift. And this is essentially just the easy recording mode so if you're not into to setting all the modes yourself this would be a great way to just kind of get the camera on and start recording and not have to worry about any of that stuff. Personally like I said, I always use the manual mode so in the easy recording you know your focus might get all weird because the camera is focusing itself whereas if you were on manual you would be adjusting the manual focus. But if you set this mode you will have no control over any of the variables, they are basically locked down. So a lot of these buttons on the side of the camera won't be doing anything because you are locked into that easy recording mode. It's really great for beginners but definitely try to learn your camera a little bit and learn how to use all these custom functions, but a great starting point for beginners is the easy recording mode."
