How to Use IP Software as a Global Business Communication Tool

"This is Nikolai Pankratz with American Source Network. We are hearing a little echo sound so I am going to turn it down. We are discussing how to communicate with your potential clients overseas for free. Transfer files, review contracts in real time so on and so forth. I am just going to turn the volume up right here. You are going to hear an echo but its because they are so close to each other. In real time you are not going to hear it. So I'm communicating to this guy, whoever it is, and he is communicating on this microphone. Let's say for example we are discussing a contract. It is very difficult to that unless he has access to my computer. What we have discovered is a very easy way of going about it. He downloads a little software called "TeamViewer". We both agree to download the same software. Which is free by the way. For commercial use you probably have to pay a few dollars. He has this little program and then we go to my computer I have the same program. I give him my id number. He puts it in here and connects. The next thing is it's going to ask him a password which it changes all the time. By the way it's very fast. Suddenly, if you look at this screen here, guess what, he is looking at my computer in America. He is right now in my computer actually. Now since he is in my computer he can look at the contract we are talking about. Say for example this is the contract, it's not actually a contract, but there he opened up the contract on my computer. As you can see when I move he moves the mouse around. He can underline. He can change words. He can say let's change that point and this point of the contract. So pretty much we are looking at the same contract in real time and we are negotiating it."
