When executing the two arm thrust, it’s very important that you start out with the ball at chest level; the elbows are up, and get a firm grasp on the medicine ball. You want to start with the feet staggered. When you throw and release the ball you want to lean forward, bend at the waist, and follow through all the way with the arms."
