"Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating a basic medicine ball exercise called the thigh punch. Ok Casey go ahead and face me. Take one foot and place it slightly behind you, and staggered feet. Go ahead and receive the ball, and punch. When you’re doing the thigh punch, it’s important that you start out with the feet staggered. When you bring the ball to the knee you want to maintain a firm grasp on the ball. That you actually kick the ball or punt the ball out of your hands as opposed to releasing the ball and dropping it on your knee. "
