"Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be introducing a basic medicine ball exercise called speed rotation. Casey, why don’t you go ahead and face forward. I want you to plant your feet about hip wide. I want you take those elbows and plant them right on your side. It’s important when you’re doing the speed rotation that you start out slowly, and then increase your speed. You don’t want to start out extremely fast; there’s always a potential for injury on that. Also another thing is that you want to make sure that the elbows are definitely pinned to the side, and that the feet stay stationary when you’re doing your rotations. "
