"Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I’ll be demonstrating a seated two arm thrust with the medicine ball. Casey go ahead sit toward facing me, extend the legs. I want you to sit back about forty five degrees, and receive the ball and return. When you’re doing the seated two arm thrust, it’s important that you lean back about forty five degrees so that the abdominals are engaged. This is also a great exercise for developing the shoulders and the triceps, but you want to make sure that your chest stays lifted and that your back is rounded to protect your back."
