"I will be demonstrating the seated two arm bump. Casey go ahead and have a seat. Make sure that you get a nice firm grip on the ball with your feet. Take that ball about chest level, lean back about forty five, and bump. You want to make sure that when you do a seated two arm bump that your feet are anchored by another medicine ball. Also, that you get a firm grasp on the medicine ball here so that the ball doesn’t slip out of your hands and possibly hit you in the face. Also you want to make sure that you lean back about forty five degrees, and that your chest stays nice and lifted while you’re doing this exercise."
