"Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating a basic medicine ball rotation. Casey I want you to go ahead and face forward. I want you to go ahead and get a shoulder width stance; make your feet are rooted to the ground. I want you to go ahead and turn over and look over your right shoulder and receive the ball. Rotate and release. It’s important when you’re doing your basic rotation that your body stays nice and tall, that your chest stays lifted. When you rotate the feet should stay planted in the same spot, and your hips should go ahead and rotate and follow you through all the way through your extension and release. "
