"I’ll be demonstrating a mule kick with a medicine ball. Casey go ahead and sit down, and go ahead and bring your knees in to your chest and keep your feet together. Now relax. It’s important when you’re doing the mule kicks that you make sure that your chest is lifted and that your back doesn’t get excessively rounded. You also want to make sure that you bring your knees into your chest quickly, so that you don’t accidentally get a ball in your face or in your stomach. It’s also a good idea when you’re doing the mule kick to pad your elbows while you’re laying down, just to prevent your elbows from getting scuffed up."
