"Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. Casey and I will be demonstrating the kneeling two arm overhead throw. When you’re doing the two arm kneeling overhead throw, it’s important that you stay nice and tall, and when you get the ball overhead the arms should be fully extended with slightly or no break on the elbows. Also, when you release the ball it’s important to break forward at the hips, and use the abdominals to get the ball forward. "
