" Hi, my name is Casey Neuworth. I have a business called Gateway Fitness. It’s www.gateway/fitness.com. I’m here to talk about the medicine ball. It comes in all sorts of weights, where this is a six pound weight, and you can get up to thirty plus pounds with these balls. You want a ball that isn’t too heavy for you so you can move through the full range of motions of the exercises that you do, and you would be less prone for injury if you pick a lighter ball and work up from that. You should get a ball that gives you some movement here, so you can good a grasp on the ball. Whether you’re throwing over you head, under with your feet, catching, tossing, pretty much your imagination is your limit with the kind of exercises you do with these balls. You can work with your activities of daily living; whether it’s just picking things up, putting them up in cabinets, just working up and over your head with these balls, squatting, picking things up. Pretty much the sky’s the limit and the balls you choose pretty much what you can handle, weight wise, and have fun. "
