How to Find Items for Garage Sell

"This is Ron with Expert Village and I'm talking about organizing a garage sale. Now, on the actual organization you want to be able to go through and to really look through your boxes. Go through your closets and be realistic. A lot of people when they start having a garage sale they start getting very, very picky and they might go oh well I love this sweater and I haven't worn it in 4 years but you know I might wear it this winter. If you have not worn it in 4 years put it outside, put it in the garage sale. You've got to stop being a pack rat and you've got to really look for items and sell, sell, sell. If you have games on your shelves, board games that you haven't played in 20 years try to sell them unless it's an antique or something very, very special sell it. Stop being a pack rat, just go through your items, go through your storage shelf, look through your storage shed and find stuff whether you need it or not just find it and sell it. If it's in storage you might be able to make some money off of it and if it sits in storage another 2 years it might be worthless. So anyway don't be a pack rat."
