"Welcome! This section is called providing great customer service and I'm Pam Unruh on behalf of expertvillage.com. So who in your company is responsible for customer service? The simple answer to that is everyone. You think about the president right on down to the person who works in the mail room. Everyone is responsible for customer service. Take for example the industry that I am involved in right now, is a service related industry where you install equipment for customer's and when we deal with those customer's on the phone, customer service is important. It is also important that the sales person or representative who goes out to make that initial contact with the person also provides great customer service. But it doesn't stop there. Even after the customer's money has been received, it is important to continue to maintain that relationship with your customer. Any time they have a question, make that customer's issue or question be of the up most importance to you. Consider also as I said before, we do send installers out to install the equipment. It is important that they are careful to provide great customer service with their customer's as well. "
